Alexander Walsh, Co-Founder & CEO
Alexander Walsh is the Co-Founder and CEO of Oraion, joining in March 2024. He brings over a decade of experience scaling global operations and driving strategic growth. As Director of International Expansion at Via.work, he led the company through global scale-up and a successful acquisition by JustWorks.
His background includes roles at Apple, N26, and Silicon Valley Bank, with a focus on operations, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. His expertise spans business strategy, financial management, and automation-led growth.


Derek Lowry, Co-Founder & COO
Derek Lowry is the Co-Founder and COO of Oraion. He brings over a decade of experience in finance and operations, helping global tech companies scale with precision. Before Oraion, he served as VP of Finance and Global Controller at Genesis Global, and as Senior Director of International Finance at MongoDB, where he led international expansion and financial strategy. His expertise spans financial leadership, operational scale-up, and AI-driven automation.
David Kernan, Head of Data & Product
David Kernan is Head of Data and Product at Oraion, with over a decade of experience leading data and analytics functions. At Genesis Global, he built the company’s first data warehouse, integrating systems across the business to drive strategic decisions. He’s also held senior roles at Permanent TSB, Smartbox, and Ergo, with a focus on scalable infrastructure and insight-driven systems.
David holds an MSc in Strategic Management (Innovation), a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics, and certifications across Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, and data privacy.


Ellie Good, Product Lead
Ellie Good leads product at Oraion. She brings over a decade of experience building and scaling SaaS products, combining AI-driven strategy with a psychology and data-informed approach. She has led global expansion, localisation, accessibility, and AI personalisation initiatives.
Her background spans finance, consulting (Accenture), eCommerce and Education technology (Udemy) with a focus on product strategy, analytics, and user-centered design. She holds a BSc in Psychology, specialising in research, statistics, and cognitive motivational psychology, applying these insights to deliver scalable, impactful products.
Ferran Puig, Head of Go-to-Market
With over 10 years of experience in fintech, SaaS, and venture capital, Ferran has led GTM strategy and commercial growth across Europe and the US. Before joining Oraion, he served as Head of Europe and Director of Business Development at Capchase, where he helped scale revenue operations and strategic partnerships. He also held roles at Oxx, investing in early-stage B2B SaaS companies, and led operational and expansion efforts at Jobandtalent and Plum.
Ferran holds an MBA from INSEAD and specializes in GTM execution, sales leadership, and driving growth through AI-powered strategies.


Colin Barnett, Vice President of Sales
He brings over a decade of experience in enterprise sales, leading go-to-market motions and driving revenue growth across high-growth technology companies. Before joining Oraion, he served as Founding Enterprise Sales Director at Mimica, where he helped build and scale the company’s North American enterprise business.
Colin also held senior sales roles at Celonis, First Data, and ADP, earning multiple Presidents Club awards throughout his career. His expertise includes enterprise sales strategy, commercial execution, and partnering with organizations to adopt technology solutions that deliver measurable impact.
